Soul Comfort Wellness Centre has been created to assist our clients in finding the best solutions for optimum results for their wellness in mind, body and spirit. We offer alternative health solutions using Hypnosis, Hypnosis Scents, Raindrop Therapy, Reiki and Therapeutic Touch as well as body applicators, therapeutic-grade essential oils, ion detoxification solutions, nutritional supplements, educational workshops and coaching for well-being in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self.

We do our best every day to ensure we follow through with what is needed to be at our very best in body, mind and spirit. However, even our best efforts can be affected by environment, attitude, family, health and stress. As a commitment to herself and her family, Sheri joins you on this continuously changing personal journey.

We are dedicated to finding and passing along our knowledge on results-driven solutions that support you. Workshops are available throughout the year educating individuals on essential oils, enhancements you can use for inch loss, stress reduction techniques and women & teen support groups using Hypnosis Scents and other techniques shown in our sessions.

Some thoughts

As we walk through this life, sometimes the foot prints we leave behind are not what we expected. In some cases, those foot prints need to be washed away to remove limiting beliefs and thoughts that no longer are needed or have the same meaning as they once did. One of the most effective ways to do this is through hypnosis and our own innovative aromatic hypnosis system but you must understand that it is NOT up to the Certified Consulting Hypnotherapist to do this work for you. No ... this change must come from deep within. Through courage, trust and perseverance, regardless of the obstacles that may be place in one's path, can change truly be seen and felt.
